Suicide is the act of intentionally causing about one's own death. It is a disturbing sort of death, for it involves the relatives of the victim, worried to the environment of spurious assault on emotional well-being made by both people in general and religious groups.

The World Health Organization (WHO) named the Philippines as one of the nation with the most astounding incident of depression in Southeast Asia. It is a mental issue that can prompt suicide. They also reported that suicide is a major wellbeing issue that the vast majority of the nations were confronting, and Southeast Asia positioned third in Annual Suicide Rate.

In The Philippines, there are no National Laws for suicide prevention. The rate of it have been turning out to be high. Based on 2012 Philippine Statistics Authority(PSA) data, 2,558 Filipinos committed suicide. 2,095 Males and rest were females. They discover suicide death interms of age groups in 10-14, 15-19 and 20-24. The interpretation of the said age tells that teenagers and youthful grown-ups are particularly vulnerable against suicide. The Philippine Government must approved a National Law for Suicide Prevention, similar to the Act of 2005, that requires School Heads and Counselors to gather, monitor and recognize all events and parties connected with suicide.

On September 2013, The Anti – Bullying Act (Republic Act No. 10677) was sanctioned. It was intended to shield students from Bullying, or some other types of roughness. It's fortunate that the Government endorsed this bill, for there Is a strong connection between Bullying and suicide as recommended by recent Bullying related suicides in the US and different nations, including The Philippines, like LiamMadamba an 18-year-old student, who conferred suicide, for he was bullied and blamed for written falsification.

At present, The Natasha Golbourne Foundation, a Non-Government Organization of medicalexperts and activists are helping the Government to alleviate suicide. Dr. June Pagaduan – Lopez, a Psychiatrist and Convener of Citizens Network for Psychosocial Response, a multi-sectorial coalition of Psychological Health experts is among them.

The Philippine Psychiatric Association (PPA) in organization with the Department of Health, has begun a campaign to pass The Mental Health Act. The proposed bill orders the DOH to create "alternatives" to "institutionalization” particularly community based treatment.
Tragic to say, The Philippine Government activities are so slow, contrasted with Non-Government Organization. Perhaps the Government is aiming for the highest suicide rate since we are generally low comparedto other nations.

The common components of National Suicide Prevention for a Government is a "little needs, requiring a focus" to media instruction, access to administration building, community capacity, preparing, scrutinize and assessment.

In suicide cases, expert says "blame ought to never be claimed, and name ought to never be appointed" yet the issue will never be fathom if individuals will continually indicating for fault. This is one of the best possible times for the Government to carry out its occupation for the Citizens. Beside the Government, "Defensive" and "Convictions" of one individual can bring down suicide cases. It incorporatesotherworldly existence, family bolster, peer backing and positive expectance, that every one of us should have been be rationally stable.

Stereotyped thoughts that somebody who submits suicide must be "frail” and unwilling to face life's difficulties. This is appalling. Be that as it may, it can be avoided if we give significance on psychological wellness from various standards, and society from different norms, and culture of life.
